The Audio Drama Course was an engaging and informative experience that provided valuable insights into the world of audio storytelling. The course's structure and content effectively balanced theoretical foundations with practical applications, allowing me to develop a deeper understanding of audio drama production.
I particularly appreciated the hands-on exercises and feedback sessions, which helped me refine my skills in scriptwriting, sound design, and audio editing
Gbenga Oyelakin (US)
It's been a worthwhile period of learning, unlearning and re-learning what audio Drama is all about. The course has broadened my horizons about plays/dramas production.
These days, when i watch or listen to a drama,I see beyond its entertainment purpose,I also critically assess it to see if what we were taught in EAT reflect in the drama. Kudos to the faculty team.
Afolasade Osigwe (UK)
My experience at the EAT Audio Drama Course was an interesting journey. From writing the plot of my story to getting my script reading I must say was more than fulfilling. To
make the course interesting, the faculty added mandatory webinars that were engaging.
The swift response to complaints and concerns by the faculty is impressive. All the experience gained I put into my drama.
Adetoke Orekoya (Nigeria)
I work in the development space and I have been part of audio drama story design workshops. I wanted to know more than just sitting in at such sessions. So, I enrolled and I have learned so much.
Olumide Olaniyi (Nigeria)
My experience during EAT Audio Drama course was a fantastic and memorable experience with my brilliant instructors especially with Mrs Adebisi Adetunji and other co coordinators .
I learnt a lot of things during this course
I learnt how to gather my thoughts and generate ideas on how to write a drama script, I was made to understand that my thoughts or Ideas can come from anywhere I found myself like market place, parks, kitchen etc
Also , I was taught to always have my plot, my profile character , and audience segmentation before writing my full script
I learnt a lot during the course and I was able to understand script writing very well
The challenge I had was the issue of network and power failure during the recording period.
Bye and large ,the course opened my eyes to know my strength and my ability to face challenges during any production
Abimbola Idowu
The training has been a positive mind shift for me.
It has helped to discover and realize that nothing is impossible with the right training.
The course is well detailed and explanatory and feels like I have a teacher walking me through the course at every stage.
Thank you for putting the program together and thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to learn
